User Agreement 
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Pelican Investments Pty Ltd T/A Plum Australia.

1. Orders & Delivery:

Regular Shipping Terms:

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Pelican Investments. Pelican Investments may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Pelican Investments requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Pelican Investments, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase. Pelican Investments or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Pelican Investments as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Pelican Investments authorised to receive the goods. If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Pelican Investments may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Pelican Investments may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Pelican Investments reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Online orders will be despatched within 2 business days of Pelican Investments receiving your order.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME (within Australia)

  • 80% of orders within 3-5 working days

  • 10% of orders within 5-6 working days

  • 10% of orders within 6-8 working days

Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 2 to 7 working days for our flat rate delivery.

Some remote destinations may take longer.


2. Returns & Refunds

We only accept return of goods under some reasonable circumstances.

Return of goods purchased at www.plumcollections.com.au 

In the unlikely event you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement or refund of your purchase.

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product unopened in its original condition and in its packaging within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for a refund. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We do not accept any return for discounted or sale items (unless they are faulty), items damaged through normal wear and tear, used items and items without their original packaging.

When returning your item please indicate the reason, your order number and the preferred action you would like to see taken, such as replacement or refund. 

Postage will not be refunded, and an additional $10.45 postage fee with be charged if we send out a replacement for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost.

Please return item to PO Box 904, Braeside VIC 3195.*

*We will only accept returns sent to this PO Box if you have spoken to a staff member at PLUM and they have approved your return request.

Items not purchased at www.plumcollections.com.au

We do not replace or refund items purchased outside www.plumcollections.com.au Please contact the store or retailer you purchased the product from directly.

Cancellation of Orders

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. 

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modifications for orders that have already been shipped.

3. Prices & Payment: 

For each online order, you must pay: 1. the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Pelican Investments; and 2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Peclian Investments is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders & payment section of this web site. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with Pelican Investments. Prices and range on this web site may vary from Pelican Investments stores. 

4. Products 

All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival. 

5. Your Account 

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Pelican Investments in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Pelican Investments may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice. 

6. Pictures 

Pelican Investments aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods. 

7. Privacy 

Pelican Investments will comply with Pelican Investments Privacy Statement. Pelican Investments will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. 

8. Liability 

Any liability of Pelican Investments in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Pelican Investments be limited to: 1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. 

9. Changes To Terms 

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Pelican Investments may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

 10. Applicable Law

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.



Pelican Investments Pty Ltd respects the Guidelines suggested by the Australian Direct Marketing Association, in it's Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in ecommerce. We also abide by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P). This policy is emerging as an industry standard providing a simple, automated way for users to gain more control over the use of personal information on web sites they visit.

In line with those guidelines, Pelican Investments would like you to be aware of the information we collect to provide your service. We do not provide third parties with access to your personal data, with the obvious exception of third party business partners that require your information for service or warranty purposes.

  • Your name and address information if provided

  • telephone,

  • fax numbers

  • email addresses

  • Information about what services you have ordered from Pelican Investments:

  • Information about what services you have enquired

  • Your interest in receiving Pelican Investments email newsletters

  • Correspondance between you and Pelican Investments

  • A customer relationship management system in which details of conversations might be written by employees

  • We do not store credit card details online

  • Your accesses to our websites


  • We do not make your personal information available to third parties.

  • We do not provide aggregate data to third parties

  • We will contact relevant people to communicate billing and technical issues

  • We store website data and email queued on our servers, only for use as back-up data should it be required

  • We may customise our email newsletters and communications to reflect your interest in a particular service

  • We access historic correspondence and details about earlier conversions in response to customer service issues and, to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Pelican Investments

  • We no not store encrypted credit card details.

  • We monitor and store your online requests.

As a customer of Pelican Investments you will receive occasional email communications from Pelican Investments that relate to the services we provide to you, and you will have the option to opt-out of all non-essential email and postal mail.
