• How long does it take for orders to dispatch?
  Orders will be dispatched usually in 1-2 business days. Customers will receive an email once the order has left our warehouse with Australia Post tracking details
• Do you use any harmful substances in the manufacture of your products?
  At Plum we take great pride in the quality and safety of our products for baby and nursery. We do not use any harmful or toxic substances or dyes in the manufacture of our products.
• What safety standards are your products tested to? 
  All of our products are tested to the highest Australian safety standards to ensure the utmost protection for your precious baby.
  
  
• Are your products designed in Australia?
  All our products are proudly designed in Australia by our talented Melbourne and Sydney based design teams.
  
  
• What is a TOG rating?
  The TOG rating on our sleep bags determines its warmth. The higher the number, the warmer the sleep bag.
  
  0.5 & 0.2 tog - Perfect for summer, hot weather, holidays, and very warm rooms (ideal for room temperatures
  24-27°C)
  
  1.0 tog - Just right for mild weather and day time naps (ideal for room temperatures 20-23°C)
  
  2.5 & 3.0 tog - Cosy for cold weather (ideal for room temperatures 16-20°C)
  
  3.5 tog - Cosy for cold weather (ideal for room temperatures 12-16°C)

• How long does it take for orders to dispatch?
  Estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 5 to 11 working days for our flat rate delivery depending on your location. Some remote destinations and locations such as WA and NT may take longer. Please allow additional time during sale or public holiday periods. Click & Collect is now also available from our Clayton South VIC warehouse. Please visit our shipping page for further information.
