What is a TOG rating?
The TOG rating on our sleepbags determine its warmth. The higher the number, the warmer the sleepbag.
What are your delivery timeframes?
Online orders will be despatched within 2 business days of us receiving your order
Delivery time frame:
- 80% of orders within 3 to 5 working days
- 10% of orders within 5 to 6 working days
- 10% of orders within 6-8 working days
What are some safe sleeping tips?
Your baby's safety is our highest priority, so we recommend you use these six safety tips when putting your baby to bed:
1) Sleep baby on its back, not on its tummy or side.
2) Sleep baby with face uncovered (no quilts, pillows, lambswool, bumpers or soft toys).
3) Avoid exposing baby to tobacco smoke before and after birth.
4) Provide a safe sleeping environment (safe cot, safe mattress and safe bedding).
5) Sleep baby in their own safe environment next to parents' bed for the first 6 to 12 months of life.
6) Plum sleepbags must not be used with any additional bedding.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address where someone will be
available to sign for your parcel. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure your address is correct prior to clicking submit and includes your unit number.
What is your returns and refund policy?
We only accept return of goods under some reasonable circumstances.
Return of goods purchased at www.plumcollections.com.au:
In the unlikely event you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organise a replacement or refund of your purchase.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product unopened in its original condition and in its packaging within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for a refund. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We do not accept any return for discounted or sale items (unless they are faulty), items damaged through normal wear and tear, used items and items without their original packaging.

When returning your item please indicate the reason, your order number and the preferred action you would like to see taken, such as replacement or refund.
Postage will not be refunded, and an additional $10.45 postage fee with be charged if we send out a replacement for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost.

We do not replace or refund items purchased outside www.plumcollections.com.au Please contact the store or retailer you puchased the product from directly.
Cancellation of Orders:
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modifications for orders that have already been shipped.
What are your delivery fees?
Orders under $100 incur a flat rate delivery fee of $10.45
If you are a VIP member, you will receive free delivery on orders over $70.00
